Article 10 of the statute. The chairman legally represents the consortium; he summons the Board of Directors and monitors the decisions of the Board of Directors and the Administrative Committee

  

• Director: Ing. Luigi Ballardini

Article 11 of the Statute. He directs and monitors every activity of the Consortium and the implementation of the decisions made by the Board of Directors and the Administrative Committee.

• Board of Associate

Articles 7 / 8 of the statute. Approve the activities plan and budgets, the decision about the management  of the consortium and on any subject on the agenda by the President

•  Board of Directors

Article 9 of the statute. It makes decisions about conventions and contracts, by approving their modalities. It makes decisions about the ordinary and extraordinary management of the consortium, and about any topic inserted into the agenda by the President.

• Board of Auditors

Article 12 of the statute. It monitors the financial and accounting regularity of the management.
