CILEA provides ICT support (in Italian) to the Ministry concerning:

  

• Anagrafe Nazionale delle Ricerche (National Register of Research).
• Albo degli esperti (register of experts), Italian law 297/1999.
• Activities in support of industrial research, performed according to the Italian laws 46/82, 488/92 and 297/99.
• Activities described in the law 6/2000 - diffusion of scientific culture.
• Services for the submission of requests for funding (SIRIO), including the Grandi Progetti Strategici (large strategic projects) and Distretti Technologici (technological districts), with the on-line evaluation.

• management of the database of the projects within the VI Framework Programme of the European Union.

• Management of the information concerning the events "weeks for the dissemination of scientific culture", organised yearly by the Ministry, using the apposite website "Plinio" (in Italian).
