12th Summer School on Scientific Visualization @ CINECA

The School on Scientific Visualization is an intense, 5 day, graduate level course. It aims at introducing the participants to key subjects and tools on scientific visualization with special focus on High Performance Computing platforms and remote visualization by means of lectures and extended hands-on tutorial.

Topics:

Introduction to scientific and remote visualization concepts;
High-performance visualization tools and libraries;
Real-life case history and practical applications.

Target audience:

The school is aimed at final year master students, PhD students, and young researchers in computational sciences and scientific areas with different backgrounds.



The number of partecipants is limited to 20 students. Applicants will be selected according to their experience and qualifications. Basic knowledge of computer graphics is required. Use the "Reason for participation" field to let us know your background.

Pre-requisites:

Knowledge of computer programming is required (languages C++/Python)
